The 1986 ZX600 restoration project.

This is a basket-case bike. The engine/frame suspension seems in good working order. The are a lot of missing pieces though. Was a bargain for a "Fixer upper".

The above two images are from the ad in Craigs List. It is deceptive, look carefully and you see the bodywork is held on by zip ties.

It looks suprisingly good. But there is a lot of chips in the paint. The paint is a bit faded, there are a lot of cracks in the fairing that were repaired with fiberglass that is peeling off. The tank has some minor dents that were Bondo'ed. You can see the rear turn signals hanging down because the mounts on the fender are broken.
