Neighbor has one of those cheap SUNL 4-wheelers. These
are Chinese junk. The carb bowl developed lots of cracks from
poor casting. Made from Zamac, so near impossible to weld or braze.
So, decided to make one.
Start by turning 2.5" 6061 blank to diameter
and including a flange.
Mounting ears formed by TIG welding then turned
to match width of ears. Needed to be at least 2.75" so had
to add more metal.
